Zamir performs music spanning hundreds of years, four continents, and nearly every musical style.  This fifty-member chorus has a far-reaching fan base through its 25 recordings and its tours throughout the USA, Europe, and Israel.  Zamir’s documentary film, Jewish Voices Return to Poland, has been shown on public television stations across the US; and Zamir was honored to perform at the UN General Assembly for its first International Day to Commemorate Victims of the Holocaust.

Koleinu, shares the rich heritage of Jewish music with diverse audiences through performance, collaboration, and participation in intercultural events.  This eighty-member community ensemble, now in its twenty-first year, is Artist-in-Residence at Temple Shalom in Newton MA.  It has performed at the New England Holocaust Memorial, the North American Jewish Choral Festival, and commissioned and premiered a new work by Osnat Netzer, featuring Ezekiel’s Wheels and Hankus Netsky.
